Conference fees
Conference fees covers your two-day conference agenda, breakfast (2 days), lunch (2 days) and dinner (1 day). You are responsible for travel and lodging costs.

Sales Tax: Eventbrite as the ticket site, is now required to collect the tax for all ticket sales. We sought guidance from the Florida Tax Department with regards to the sales tax applied to the tickets and government exceptions. We have been advised that because the admission for the conference is not considered a purchase or lease of items or services, that sales tax applies, even to government entities. Thank you for your understanding, we did everything we could to find if there was a way around this, but we have to go by the advice of the Florida Tax Department.

All meetings will be held onsite.
W e have negotiated an amazing room rate at the Fort Lauderdale Marriott Harbor Resort for $335 per night for all conference attendees, plus an additional discounted resort rate of $25 per night (taxes not included). Rooms must be booked by March 8,2024. The resort will honor this discounted rate through the weekend after the conference however, due to the season, they are unable to honor the rate the weekend prior.
